Steps to using the Message Board:

Before you can post you need to register.

Reading posts to find out information

1. Click on the relevant forum that relates to what you want to know
2. Click on a subject of interest
3. If you wish to reply to a post click on the "Post Reply" button
4. Type your message in the "Message Body" box
5. Click on "Preview" and when you are happy with your message click on "Submit"
6. The message will then be sent to the forum administrator for approval before being added to the forum

Posting new information and starting a discussion

1. Click on the relevant forum that relates to what you want to post
2. Click on "New Topic" to add a post
3. Type a summary of what your post is about in the "Subject" box
4. Type your message in the "Message Body" box
5. Click on "Preview" and when you are happy with your message click on "Submit"
6. The message will then be sent to the forum administrator for approval before being added to the forum
